The Mayfair is a not-for-profit community theatre. For the last 40 years, we have depended on volunteers donations, and other funding to provide a quality arts, theatre and cinema experiences to our community and visitors.

You can make a deposit directly into our bank account. Account 03-1586-0003843-01 with your name and ‘donation’ as a reference. Please let us know by sending an email to info@themayfair.org.nz so that we can confirm receipt and thank you.

Our friendly cinema staff can process a cash or card donation the next time you visit The Mayfair.

The Mayfair’s vision is to inspire everyone to engage with arts & culture through inspiring events, workshops and education programmes. We are also passionate about the many positive mental health benefits that adults and young people receive from engaging with creative activities.
